The location is fantastic, just steps away from the tram station and within walking distance to local attractions. A convenient bus to the airport. Breakfast was enjoyable, with udon soups standing out as a favorite. However, the rooms on higher floors could use a little updating, and some aspects of the decor felt a bit dated. Regardless, the excellent service and clean environment more than make up for these minor issues.

I recently stayed at Eurostars in Alicante and loved the location. It's right across from the central market, making it super convenient for exploring. The room I had was clean and spacious, with really comfortable beds. I appreciated the variety of breakfast options—they had a great selection. However, I had a few issues during my stay. I found the elevators to be slow, which was frustrating especially during peak hours. Also, there was a bit of noise from the hallways and the street outside, likely due to being in such a central area. It would be nice if the hotel offered tea and coffee facilities in the rooms as well. The staff were friendly, but I felt some could improve on their attentiveness. Overall, I enjoyed my visit but see room for improvement in a few areas.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing great sleep quality! The top-floor room had an excellent view, and I appreciated being able to open the window without much street noise.

the location is perfect, just steps from shops and the tram station. the junior suite was huge with a comfy bed, private bathroom, and air conditioning. enjoyed the daily housekeeping and fresh toiletries. spa facilities included a fitness center and sauna. breakfast had a variety of options, including fresh fruits and baked goods.

The room was nice overall. The beds were quite firm, which was a bit uncomfortable for us. It was spacious though and had a good view of Santa Bárbara Castle. Housekeeping did a solid job cleaning every day. We also enjoyed the breakfast options. Just a small issue with getting the room type we initially asked for, but the staff sorted it out quickly.
